These tasty treats are YUMMY, healthy brownies! I call them that but I got the recipe from the Hungry Girl's cookbook.
You only need TWO ingredients...
1 small can of pumpkin puree...
and one bag of brownie mix that comes in a box.
I use the mis that is less fat by the way.
I would have showed the box to you but during the ride home from my hot date last night at the grocery store with my husband, the box, well, just didn't make it. Because of the crazy way my husband drives, (I should say "crazier" than usual because as soon as we pulled into our driveway we realized we left some groceries in the grocery cart and went back to fetch them), the five gallon bottle of water spilled in the rental car's trunk and therefore we lost many boxes of food that fateful night. Good thing for plastic bags inside those boxes!
Anyway...
mix together well and put into muffin cups.
Bake them about 20 to 25 minutes on 350*...
then enjoy deliciously gooey, not-so-bad-for-you brownies!
They look delish' I thought I smelled something baking last night when I drove by :-)
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I am having flashbacks of high school. Your description of Dan's driving is reminding me of when he drove over my sister's foot. I wish I could come over and have some cup cakes with you.
